Your access

The site is a free informational tool provided as-is. The classification walk-through requires no registration, no account and no subscription. Access is open and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Nature of the tool

The tool walks Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) Annex VIII rules 1–22 from the device characteristics you provide and returns an indicative Class I/IIa/IIb/III verdict, notified-body route and UK/CH equivalents. It does not classify your device on your behalf, does not certify compliance, does not constitute legal or regulatory advice and does not create a professional relationship. Under MDR Art. 51 the classification responsibility rests with the manufacturer. For decisions with legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified regulatory professional and cross-check EUR-Lex + MDCG 2021-24.

The €49 PDF report

The optional €49 PDF is a one-time purchase of a generated report — not a subscription and not a recurring charge. It compiles the applying Annex VIII rules with their verbatim text and the associated technical-file scope from the same dataset shown in the public preview. It remains an indicative work product subject to the limitations above.
